Preview or create a first HTTP health watch without YAML

ding watch create URL [flags]

Options

      --delivery string   desktop or console; use manifests for network destinations (default "desktop")
  -h, --help              help for create
      --id string         new watch ID; existing watches are never replaced (default "first-watch")
      --yes               activate the previewed watch; otherwise only preview

Options inherited from parent commands

      --state-dir string   directory owned by the local daemon (default "/home/runner/.config/ding/watch")
