Move one eligible watch with durable pause-before-activation handoff

ding cloud - Optionally connect hosted execution; local Ding remains account-free
ding cloud move cancel - Confirm target never activated, then release the local hold
ding cloud move finish - After visible delivery confirmation, pause source and activate target
ding cloud move prepare - Preflight locally; --yes uploads the selected definition and sends labeled cloud tests
ding cloud move status - Inspect both durable sides without changing execution
ding cloud move test - Recheck the same labeled test without sending it twice
